I’ll be in Carson City for Mark Twain Days, selling and signing books at the festival’s Saturday vendor market.
Mark Twain Days, presented by the Brewery Arts Center and Visit Carson City, celebrates the years Samuel Clemens spent in Nevada Territory. It was here that he began signing his work “Mark Twain.” The festival runs October 13–17, with talks, the Twain Train, music, and a downtown market.
On Saturday, October 17, the vendor market lines Curry Street between Second and Fourth streets, with live music in McFadden Plaza. I’ll have signed copies of The Door Is Open and Time To Really Live Free. If you have been reading along, or if you are new to the books, come say hello. I would love to meet you.
