Right after “From now on”, Paul uses the word “brethren or brothers” which means:

  • all believers (born out of belief in Christ).

Next is the word that comes before each of the words for Days 2-7  which is “whatever” and means:

  • all things whatsoever, all that

So for each of these days we will be putting this before each of the words.

The word for today is “true”. True, in the Greek, is further defined as:

  • what can’t be hidden

So let’s put together what we have so far:

From now on, all believers (born out of belief in Christ), all that can’t be hidden…

Come back tomorrow for the next Greek word and be ready to dig into more.

May God fill you with his peace and help you to understand his grace in the New Covenant he sent his son for,

Darlene
